Viva la Villa!

There is a formal and elegant dining room with fireplace and terraced garden and an eat-in kitchen/breakfast room with a fireplace, ideal for barbecuing, a fridge and freezer, electric oven, gas stove top burners, dishwasher. The living rooms are very spacious, there is a second kitchen with wall oven, dishwasher, gas burners. The original sitting room has an a old stone fireplace, TV and DVD, and outside a foot balcony leads to the gardens.

Second floor is divided into two separate apartments: The 1st one with three bedrooms and two bathrooms: The Glicine (one queen bed, sitting room and suite bathroom with tub and hand-held shower); The Rosa (queen bed, small dressing room, a bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower) and one twin bedroom sharing this bathroom with Glicine. The 2ns one with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: The Mimosa, a twin bedroom, corridor to a large bathroom with tub and hand-held shower, and The Lilla, a second twin bedroom, a large cupboard, second bathroom and separate WC.

On the top of the Villa is the penthouse suite with parquet floors, offering one queen bedroom with a pink marble bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom.
